Privacy Policy

As of: 06/2026

1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the provider named in the Imprint. For privacy questions, contact us at [email protected].

2. Hosting & server log files

When you visit this site, our host automatically processes information your browser transmits (IP address, date/time, page requested, browser type). This serves secure and stable operation. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Repair form

If you use the form, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail and/or phone, device/model, fault description, message) to handle your request and contact you. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual / performance) and (a) (consent). Data is deleted once no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply.

4. Contact via WhatsApp

We offer WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta) for direct contact. Clicking a WhatsApp button opens a chat in your WhatsApp app; processing then follows WhatsApp's privacy policy. Use is voluntary — you can also reach us by e-mail or the form.

5. YouTube videos (two-click)

We show thumbnails of our YouTube channel. A video only loads when you actively click it. Only then is a connection to YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) established in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and data may be transmitted to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (consent by click).

6. Fonts

Fonts are served locally from our server (no Google Fonts CDN). No connection to external servers and no transfer of your IP address to third parties takes place.

7. Language detection via IP (geolocation)

To pre-select the language, a rough country lookup may be performed from your IP address via the ip-api.com service. Only the country is determined; we do not store your IP address for this purpose. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. A manual language choice (EN/DE) overrides this lookup.

8. Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies: a session cookie (form security / CSRF) and a cookie storing your language choice. These require no consent under Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR / § 25 (2) TTDSG.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
